Darcy Boardman, LPC

Darcy Boardman, LPC, is a Staff Clinician on the Adult Unit at The Menninger Clinic, where she works as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team to support adults receiving inpatient mental health care. 

 

Boardman earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston. Her clinical training included individual counseling, chemical dependency assessments, psychoeducational and process groups, and treatment planning at The Women’s Home in Houston. 

 

Her connection to Menninger began in 2019 as a participant in the Summer Menninger Undergraduate Research Fellowship, where she contributed to research examining sleep problems, trauma, anxiety, and executive functioning in youth receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Religious Studies, from Rhodes College, graduating cum laude.
