LaShae Woodard serves as a Case Manager with Menninger’s
Navigator program, bringing years of experience supporting individuals with behavioral and intellectual disabilities. Previously, she was the Resident Advisor Shift Supervisor with the Pathfinder program, where she promoted safe, therapeutic environments and guided daily living activities for patients. Her background includes direct care roles in psychiatric and behavioral health settings, with a focus on fostering social skills, self-expression, and independence.
Woodard holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of the Incarnate Word and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and as a Registered Behavior Technician.
