Tiffany Schultheis, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Tiffany Schultheis, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at The Menninger Clinic with more than 13 years of nursing experience. Her background includes emergency nursing and mental health care, along with prior experience as a registered nurse at Menninger, where she developed a strong foundation in psychiatric treatment and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri, and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler. She brings a broad medical perspective and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to her clinical work. 

Tiffany values working at The Menninger Clinic for its strong sense of purpose and commitment to shared values. She appreciates a culture that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and professional growth. 

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys raising Monarch butterflies, caring for indoor and outdoor plants, and exploring national and state parks with her family and their dog.
