As part of The Year of Better Mental Health, our April focus includes a simple, practical tool designed to support people in stressful moments: a downloadable phone lock screen with a grounding message.
 
The goal is to offer something small but meaningful that people can carry with them throughout the day. We would love to invite staff to download it, use it, and share it if it resonates.
 
If helpful, we can also encourage team members to post it on their social channels as part of The Year of Better Mental Health and tag The Menninger Clinic.
 
This is a simple way for our community to participate in the movement and reinforce our shared commitment to everyday mental health support.
