Special fundraising initiatives allow us to strategically advance Menninger’s clinical, research, training and outreach programs.
Stuart C. Yudofsky, MD, Endowed Residency in Psychiatry
During his more than 40 years as a leading neuropsychiatrist, Stuart C. Yudofsky, MD, has never forgotten the mentors who shaped his path as a physician. In turn, Dr. Yudofsky has passionately shared his knowledge with medical students and residents who today are following in his footsteps of expert psychiatric care.
The Stuart C. Yudofsky, MD, Endowed Residency in Psychiatry was established to recognize in perpetuity Dr. Yudofsky’s many years of dedication to his patients and his transformative impact on The Menninger Clinic. In honor of Dr. Yudofsky, this endowed fund will support the training of an exceptional chief resident in psychiatry at Menninger.
Roy and Walter Menninger Endowed Fund for Mental Health Research
As the stigma surrounding mental illness begins to lose its grip, never has there been a more promising time to accelerate breakthroughs in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
By establishing the Roy and Walter Menninger Endowed Fund for Mental Health Research, Menninger aims to pave the way to the innovations of tomorrow, while improving the lives of patients today.
In honor of Drs. Roy and Walter Menninger, who led The Clinic through a pivotal time in our history, this endowed fund will provide resources to support the time and effort of Menninger's director of Research, Michelle Patriquin, PhD, ABPP.
