Please note: While the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, Family Education Day (FED) is offered virtually.
For patients on the journey to mental wellness, families are integral to the therapeutic and healing process. And to facilitate that process, we offer a Family Education Day nearly every other month.
During the day, families learn about psychiatric, behavioral and addictive disorders as well as the evidence-based treatment approaches Menninger uses. Participation in the Family Education Day helps families strengthen empathy, compassion and communication. Equally important is the opportunity to meet other families and share experiences.
The Family Education Day was very informative. It changed my attitude and way of communicating with my kids and family. Thank you!
