Arti currently serves as a staff social worker at The Menninger Clinic. She has more than nine years of professional experience and offers specialized expertise in adolescents, family systems, DBT skills, multicultural sensitivity, group work and addictions.
Her research interests include addressing race in psychotherapy, developing a higher standard of cultural responsive practice in social work and developing a healthy workplace environment.
She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Arti earned her master’s degree from Yeshiva University's Wurweiler School of Social Work and her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Work from Rutgers University.
