Christopher is a senior research coordinator at Menninger with more than five years of professional experience. He has research interests in young adult outcomes when it comes to anxiety, emotion regulation and working alliance.
He has coauthored several peer-reviewed papers, including “Emotional rigidity negatively impacts remission from anxiety and recovery of well-being” and “Treatment outcomes for inpatients with obsessive-compulsive personality disorder: An open comparison trial,” both of which were published in the Journal of Affective Disorders.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri.
