Kimberly is a rehabilitation specialist with more than 17 years of professional experience. Her areas of expertise include vocational counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, OCD and anxiety disorder treatment (including exposure and response prevention), and art therapy.


She earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. In addition, she completed a post-master’s internship at the Council on Recovery in Houston.


Kimberly belongs to several professional organizations, including the National Career Development Association, the American Psychological Association and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.


In her free time, Kimberly enjoys gardening, spending time with her dogs, shooing her dogs out of the garden, pottery and painting. She says that working at Menninger offers her the opportunity to experience quality teamwork and heartfelt patient care. She values learning from her colleagues and the experiences of the patients.
