Peter "Pedro" Siyahhan Julnes, MD, is a staff psychiatrist at Menninger. He serves in a float capacity and is currently working on our Compass Program for Young Adults.
He has contributed to research articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as Psychosomatic Medicine, Pain, Schizophrenia Research and Psychiatry Research Case Reports.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Siyahhan Julnes earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. He then completed a Post-baccalaureate Fellowship at the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke, during which he received the Intramural Research Training Award. He later earned his medical degree from Tulane University and completed a residency in Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine.
