Comprehensive, coordinated care for adults 65+
Mental health needs later in life are often more complex, involving changes in memory, health, independence, and daily routine. The Menninger 360 Healthy Aging for Older Adults Program is designed to help individuals and families move from uncertainty to clarity, with a structured approach that combines assessment, treatment, and ongoing support.
This program builds on the Menninger 360 model by offering specialized care for older adults, including neuropsychological expertise, in-home services, and guidance for long-term planning in Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties.
Who this program is for
This program may be appropriate for adults 65+ who are experiencing:
- Depression or anxiety
- Changes in memory or thinking
- Difficulty adjusting to life transitions such as retirement, loss, or changes in independence
- Limited progress in previous treatment
- Potential neuropsychiatry services as needed
It may also be helpful for families who are unsure what to do next after an evaluation or diagnosis as well as those who need mental healthcare that accounts for co-occurring medical concerns.
What makes this program different
Assessment and next steps, together
Many individuals receive testing or a diagnosis but are left asking, “What now?” This program is designed to bridge that gap by pairing evaluation with clear, actionable next steps.
Neuro-based, team-driven care
Care is guided by an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatry, therapy, and neuropsychology. Neuropsychological evaluation and consultation are integrated into care planning to support diagnostic clarity and informed treatment decisions.
A neuropsychologist remains involved throughout care, contributing to treatment planning and helping interpret changes over time.
Care that meets you where you are
Services are delivered in the home and community whenever possible, reducing the need to travel and supporting real-life functioning.
Support for families
Families are often navigating complex decisions alongside their loved one. Education and support are built into the program to help families better understand needs, expectations, and options.
