Menninger Welcomes New Director of Admissions and Access

Menninger is pleased to welcome Catrin Glynn, LPC-S, as its new director of Admissions and Access. Glynn will be responsible for all initial patient contact operations, including the care coordination team, welcome desk team and the admissions team. In her role, Glynn will work to ensure that Menninger patients and their families have an optimal experience, starting with their initial contact with The Clinic. Glynn will report directly to President and CEO Armando Colombo.

 

Glynn brings more than 25 years of operational leadership in the field of mental health care to this role. For the past six years, Glynn worked at Behavioral Health Hospital of Bellaire, serving as director of Intake, Clinical Services, Outpatient and Utilization Review.

 

"Focusing on lifting the veil of stigma on mental health is the first step to helping people find hope and healing," said Glynn. "The second step is building trust, providing access to services and creating a community of support for patients and their families to thrive. In my new role, I will continue to strive to create the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors as well as maintain the outstanding reputation that Menninger is known for."

 

Glynn is a licensed professional counselor and supervisor with a master of arts degree in clinical psychology from Sam Houston State University and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Texas A&M.
