David Holt, MBA

David Holt, MBA is a Philanthropy Data Specialist at The Menninger Clinic, where he supports fundraising and advancement efforts through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. In this role, he transforms complex data into actionable insights that strengthen philanthropic strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making across the development team. 

 

With more than 10 years of experience in data analytics and process improvement, including over five years dedicated to nonprofit fundraising and advancement services, David brings a strong analytical skill set and a passion for mission-driven work. He is known for leveraging data to enhance organizational effectiveness and maximize philanthropic impact. 

 

David holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Texas State University. Prior to his work in higher education and healthcare, he served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Heidelberg, Germany. Outside of work, David enjoys concerts, sporting events, and movies, and is an avid soccer fan who takes great pride in watching his son play.
