Nicole Gautier

Nicole Gautier is the Director of Philanthropy Operations at The Menninger Clinic. In this role, she leads operational strategy, systems development, and data-informed infrastructure that support major gifts, annual giving, donor relations, prospect management, and departmental planning. Her work focuses on strengthening processes, improving performance reporting, and aligning philanthropic operations with institutional goals. 

With more than 14 years of experience across communications, operations, and nonprofit leadership, Nicole is known for building scalable systems, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and advancing mission-driven work in complex environments. She brings an analytical, solutions-oriented approach to improving efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability. 

Prior to joining Menninger, Nicole served as Director of Communications and Business Operations at iWRITE, where she led organizational communications, operational workflows, and strategic project execution in partnership with executive leadership. She is also an entrepreneur and previously founded and operated Crumbs and Zest, growing the business from launch into a recognized regional provider of high-end cakes.
