Josephine Lofton, MA,CRC, LCDC-I, is a senior rehabilitation specialist at Pathfinder, one of Menninger's community integration programs, and has more than ten years of experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling.

 
She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Lincoln University, MO and her master’s degree in professional counseling from Lindenwood University. She completed an internship at Preferred Family Healthcare in St. Louis, MO specializing in substance use disorder. After graduating, she has spent several years collaborating with the state agencies and nonprofits working with clients experiencing IDD, developmental disability; and other mental and physical health disorders to develop and implement vocational goals. She has also worked extensively with clients to develop life skills to help the clients succeed and achieve self-efficacy.
 
Josephine says that she enjoys working with people who are figuring out who they are and what they want to do with their lives. She enjoys supporting people who are discovering talents and skills that will propel them to the next level of living authentically and successfully.
