An assistant professor in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Services at Baylor College of Medicine,
Alton Bozeman, PsyD, serves as director of
Outpatient Assessments. He also provides psychological, developmental and neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents and adults, as well as individual therapy. Dr. Bozeman is noted for his expertise in autism assessments and interventions.
He previously worked at The Harris Center (formally MHMRA), as well as a private practice in the Houston area for more than 10 years.
Dr. Bozeman earned his doctorate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
He completed a predoctoral internship in pediatric neuropsychology at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a postdoctoral fellowship at Canyon Lakes Residential Treatment Center in Lubbock, Texas.
